Returns: We gladly accept returns within 14 days upon product receival on customer's end, with except to: customized products (such as our charm series, but not limited to), earrings.

Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days upon product receival.

Cancellation: Cancellation period is within 24 hours from the purchase. After this period, or once the production is started, cancellation is no longer possible.
