What ring size do I need?

Ring sizing has always been tricky but here is our simple guide to order the correct rings:
1. Know your ring size: you can order a ring sizer from our store OR measure the diameter of the ring that currently fits your finger OR use a string and wraps around your finger, then measure the length of the string (that is also the size).
2. Once the ring size is known, add 1 or 2 size to your ring order. This is due to the fact that small rings and bead elements reduce the size of the ring, therefore, a size up is needed so that the rings can sit comfortably on your fingers. Add 1 size if the rings only have small rings, or you ordered our thin 0.8mm bands, or 2 sizes if the rings also contain beads (3mm).

What are anxiety or fidget rings?

Anxiety rings or fidget rings are rings that have moving components as part of the design. These components can be turned or moved around. This can be a helpful distraction when the users deal with anxiety attacks that lead to bodily attractive behaviors such as skin picking, nails biting, pulling hair, etc. Please note that this is not a medical device and can only be used as a mindful tool to cope with the symptoms of anxiety.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Packaged securely to avoid damage during the return shipping.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the same conditions as outlined in the returns policy (see above). If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, please contact us to confirm availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, as well as shipping costs for the new item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, or once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

What happens when my items came damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
