Have you ever looked at the sea in its early morning when the sun starts rising and having a feeling of immense calm and tranquility? Well, this was how we imagine the ring "tranquil sea" would make you feel. With the starfish motif and the urchin-inspired beads, we aim this feeling of the still sea and its tranquility and calmness with you on your own healing journey, to reinforce the mindfulness practice and enjoy nature while you are out and about. The starfish motif & the urchin-inspired beads also a tribute to the Lý Sơn Island of central region, Vietnam - a place close to one of our team member's hometown. The island is famous for a place that people can watch starfishes, as well as urchin. Urchin soup is one of the staple dishes here.
The "tranquil sea" ring was designed and made in our studio in Schweinfurt. This ring is made from 100% recycled silver with Europe origin, which further reduces the carbon footprints. It's very suitable for someone who wants to make a conscious purchase and make a positive impact on the environment.
To combat stress and other destructive behaviours (such as biting nails or picking skin), the beads on the band can be rotated or moved around the ring band to take yourself away from these unwanted behaviours.
The band is also a half-round that wraps around fingers better. Due to its thick band, the ring is also supposed to be more stable and wear better.
Finally, due to its minimalist design, they look absolutely nothing like a normal anxiety ring and can be worn discreetly as a cute and unique item on your beautiful fingers.

- Ring band width: 2mm per single band. Together: roughly 7.5mm (including the gap).
- While the rings can be made up to size, you will need to SIZE UP minimum 2 sizes when you make a purchase, due to the big beads. Please also allow some discrepancies as you will get a handmade ring that is 100% hand-fabricated (except for the beads).

What ring size do I need?
Ring sizing has always been tricky but here is our simple guide to order the correct rings:
1. Know your ring size: you can order a ring sizer from our store OR measure the diameter of the ring that currently fits your finger OR use a string and wraps around your finger, then measure the length of the string (that is also the size).
2. Once the ring size is known, add 1 or 2 size to your ring order. This is due to the fact that small rings and bead elements reduce the size of the ring, therefore, a size up is needed so that the rings can sit comfortably on your fingers. Add 1 size if the rings only have small rings, or you ordered our thin 0.8mm bands, or 2 sizes if the rings also contain beads (3mm).
What are anxiety or fidget rings?
Anxiety rings or fidget rings are rings that have moving components as part of the design. These components can be turned or moved around. This can be a helpful distraction when the users deal with anxiety attacks that lead to bodily attractive behaviors such as skin picking, nails biting, pulling hair, etc. Please note that this is not a medical device and can only be used as a mindful tool to cope with the symptoms of anxiety.
